At 644 pm edt, national weather service doppler radar continued to indicate a severe thunderstorm capable of producing quarter size hail. this storm was located near cross hill, or 11 miles northeast of greenwood, moving east at 40 mph. other locations in the warning include but are not limited to clinton and joanna.

At 615 pm edt, national weather service doppler radar indicated a severe thunderstorm capable of producing quarter size hail. this storm was located 8 miles southwest of cokesbury, or near abbeville, and moving east at 40 mph. * other locations in the warning include but are not limited to cross hill, clinton and joanna.
