At 656 pm edt, doppler radar indicated a line of severe thunderstorms capable of producing damaging winds in excess of 60 mph. these storms were located along a line extending from near richmond to pelham, moving northeast at 45 mph. these storms have a history of producing wind damage. a number of trees and wires were downed in franklin county. locations impacted include, fitchburg, amherst, orange, gardner, belchertown, athol, winchendon, templeton, rutland, westminster, ashburnham, barre, hadley, hubbardston, princeton, northfield, hardwick, oakham, leverett and erving.

At 645 pm edt, doppler radar indicated a line of severe thunderstorms capable of producing damaging winds in excess of 60 mph. these storms were located along a line extending from northfield to amherst, moving east at 50 mph. these storms have a history of producing wind damage, including trees and wires down throughout portions of franklin county. locations impacted include, fitchburg, holyoke, amherst, northampton, greenfield, orange, deerfield, gardner, south hadley, easthampton, belchertown, athol, winchendon, ware, montague, templeton, rutland, westminster, granby and ashburnham.

At 626 pm edt, doppler radar indicated a line of severe thunderstorms capable of producing quarter size hail and damaging winds in excess of 60 mph. these storms were located along a line extending from shelburne to near westhampton, and was moving east at 55 mph. * some locations impacted include, fitchburg, holyoke, amherst, northampton, greenfield, orange, deerfield, gardner, south hadley, easthampton, belchertown, athol, winchendon, ware, montague, templeton, rutland, westminster, granby and ashburnham.
