At 525 pm edt, doppler radar indicated a severe thunderstorm capable of producing quarter size hail and damaging winds in excess of 60 mph. this storm was located near bushkill, or 13 miles northwest of newton, and moving southeast at 25 mph. * this severe thunderstorm will be near, flatbrookville and millbrook around 535 pm edt. crandon lakes around 540 pm edt. branchville and five points around 545 pm edt. newton and greendell around 600 pm edt. andover around 605 pm edt. lake mohawk around 610 pm edt. other locations impacted by this severe thunderstorm include hidden lake.
