The severe thunderstorm warning for northeastern humboldt county will expire at 1015 pm pdt, the storm which prompted the warning has has weakened and moved out of the area. herefore, the warning will be allowed to expire. note that some gusty winds and lightning will continue until about 1015 pm pdt (1100 pm mdt).

At 917 pm pdt, a severe thunderstorm was located near paradise valley, moving north at 45 mph (radar indicated). Hazards include 60 mph wind gusts. Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Small hail is also possible.

Damage to vehicles is expected. this severe thunderstorm will be near, horse hill around 330 pm pdt. Peacock lake and sacramento hill around 400 pm pdt.

At 118 pm pdt, doppler radar indicated a severe thunderstorm capable of producing quarter size hail and damaging winds in excess of 60 mph. this storm was located 17 miles east of mcdermitt, moving southeast at 20 mph. localized heavy rain and flooding is likely. this severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of northeastern humboldt county.

At 108 pm pdt, doppler radar indicated a severe thunderstorm capable of producing quarter size hail and damaging winds in excess of 60 mph. this storm was located near mcdermitt, and moving southeast at 20 mph. torrential rainfall and localized flooding is also likely.
