At 935 pm edt, doppler radar indicated a severe thunderstorm capable of producing quarter size hail and damaging winds in excess of 60 mph. this storm was located near gouverneur, moving southeast at 35 mph. locations impacted include, gouverneur, fowler, degrasse, rossie, pitcairn, harrisville, edwards, richville, south russell, balmat, talcville, west fowler, south hammond, south edwards, north gouverneur, fullerville and nelson corner.

At 901 pm edt, doppler radar indicated a severe thunderstorm capable of producing quarter size hail and damaging winds in excess of 60 mph. this storm was located 7 miles northeast of kring point state park, and moving southeast at 35 mph into southwest saint lawrence county. * locations to be impacted include, gouverneur, fowler, degrasse, rossie, pitcairn, harrisville, edwards, richville, hammond, south russell, balmat, north hammond, talcville, chippewa bay, west fowler, south hammond, south edwards, north gouverneur, fullerville and nelson corner.
