At 732 pm cdt, doppler radar indicated a line of severe thunderstorms capable of producing quarter size hail along the interstate 10 corridor moving southeast 25 mph. these storms have a history of producing penny to golfball size hail. locations impacted include, northwestern pasadena, northern missouri city, south houston, bellaire, humble, west university place, katy, galena park, jacinto city, jersey village, hunters creek village, bunker hill village, piney point village, astrodome area, spring valley, barrett, greater fifth ward, spring branch west, neartown / montrose and second ward.
