The severe thunderstorm warning for southwestern burnet, eastern gillespie, blanco, east central kerr, northern kendall and southeastern llano counties will expire at 1145 pm cdt, the storms which prompted the warning have weakened to just below severe limits, and no longer pose an immediate threat to life or property. therefore the warning will be allowed to expire. however small hail and wind gusts to 50 mph is still possible with these thunderstorms. there is also a potential for flash flooding, especially between kerrville and bankersmith. a severe thunderstorm watch remains in effect until 300 am cdt for south central texas.
