The severe thunderstorm warning for northwestern rogers, western nowata and southeastern washington counties will expire at 130 pm cst, the storms which prompted the warning have weakened below severe limits, and exiting the warned area. therefore the warning will be allowed to expire. however gusty winds are still possible with these thunderstorms. a tornado watch remains in effect until 800 pm cst for northeastern oklahoma.
