At 548 am cdt, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from rockford airport to kenosha, moving southeast at 40 mph. a gust of 66 mph was observed at rockford airport and 63 mph in harvard with these storms (trained weather spotters). Hazards include 70 mph wind gusts.
