The severe thunderstorm warning for northwestern baltimore, northwestern harford and northeastern howard counties and the baltimore city will expire at 830 pm edt, the storms which prompted the warning have moved out of the area. therefore the warning will be allowed to expire. however heavy rain is still possible with these thunderstorms. remember, a severe thunderstorm warning still remains in effect for eastern portions of baltimore county, baltimore city and much of harford county until 900 pm.
