4/7/2016 6:23 PM EDT	The severe thunderstorm warning for stafford, eastern orange, southeastern culpeper, northern spotsylvania and west central king george counties and the city of fredericksburg will expire at 630 pm edt, the storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe limits, and no longer poses an immediate threat to life or property. therefore the warning will be allowed to expire. however small hail and gusty winds are still possible with this thunderstorm.
4/7/2016 6:05 PM EDT	At 605 pm edt, doppler radar indicated a severe thunderstorm capable of producing damaging winds in excess of 60 mph. this storm was located 11 miles northwest of spotsylvania, or 16 miles west of fredericksburg, and moving east at 50 mph.
2/24/2016 5:34 PM EST	At 533 pm est, doppler radar indicated a line of severe thunderstorms capable of producing tornadoes. these dangerous storms were located along a line extending from dumfries to near fredericksburg, moving northeast at 45 mph. locations impacted include, stafford, fredericksburg, dale city, woodbridge, aquia creek, dumfries, montclair, triangle, falmouth, brooke, garrisonville, stones corner, brookfield, spring valley, hartwood, holly corner, aquia, roseville, arkendale and leeland.

2/24/2016 5:00 PM EST	At 459 pm est, doppler radar indicated a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado. this dangerous storm was located 9 miles northwest of spotsylvania, or 13 miles west of fredericksburg, moving northeast at 65 mph. locations impacted include, storck, hartwood, heflin, logan, holly corner, parker, dunavant, somerville, chancellorsville, roseville, cookstown, goldvein, ramoth and glendie.
